If your package arrives damaged due to shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt if you would like a replacement.
We will initiate a damage claim with the shipper. In most instances we do not ask for our products to be returned unless it is to improve future delivery service and systems.
If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition or is sent incorrectly, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
