In 1980 we began making cakes, cookies and pies to sell in our retail chocolate shop much to the delight of our customers. These traditional holiday favorites are delicious and go great with a cup of coffee or tea. They are perfect to serve when friends and family come to visit.

Our Linzer Torte is made with a hazelnut pastry dough and seedless raspberry jam imported from Switzerland. It is called the cake for company.

Select from two delicious sour cream coffee cakes. The Apricot Almond cake has a wonderful old world flavor and the Chocolate Chunk cake is layered with cinnamon sugar, walnuts and chunks of our bittersweet chocolate.

Our Holiday Stollen won the Taste of Vermont culinary competition. It is a wonderfully moist flavorful confection with a rich buttery flavor that melts in your mouth.
